We are excited to start our new school year!
Our next KIDS -CLUB Saturday will be September 14, 2024
That's right, it's a Parents' Morning out on Saturdays. We will be offering a safe and nurturing environment for children ages 3 years -12 years old.
Our program will run from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm on Saturday!
The Kids Club will give parents the opportunity to take care of errands, appointments, or just enjoy a few hours of uninterrupted time.
At The T4H Kids Club, your child will engage in age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Our experienced and trained staff will provide a stimulating and fun environment where your child can learn, play, and grow.

SEPTEMBER'S STEAM THEME
We will be exploring the Solar System, its characteristics, and its moon.
Each week we will dive into the importance of the Solar System and investigate gravity and how it affects planetary motion.
Science:
- We learn about the planets in the solar system, their characteristics, and their moon.
- We will study the importance of the solar system.
- Investigate gravity and how it affects planetary motion.
Technology:
- Research and explore space probes and telescopes used for studying the solar system.
- Use online resources and apps to simulate space exploration and planet observation.
- Learn about the technology used in space missions and how it has evolved over time.
Engineering:
- Design and build model rockets or spacecrafts using recycled materials.
- Create a scale model of the solar system, including planets and their orbits.
- Build a robotic arm or rover to simulate space exploration tasks.
Arts:
- Create space-themed artwork using various mediums, such as painting, drawing, or college.
- Write and perform a play or skit based on space exploration or the discovery of a new planet.
- Design and make space-themed costumes or props for a mini-movie or photo shoot.
Mathematics
- Calculate the distance between planets in our solar system.
- Study the patterns and ratios in planetary orbits and rotations.
- Use mathematical formulas to understand concepts like gravity and escape velocity.
SAFETY is our top priority. We have implemented strict health and safety protocols to ensure the well being of all children in our care. Our facility is regularly cleaned and sanitized, we have a limited number of children that will attend each week for proper social distancing.
We have also implemented a check-in and out system. Parents and other adults are not welcomed past the lobby. Parents are free to hangout in the lobby area but only students that are checked in are about to go into the hangout areas. Each parent that checks their child in will receive a sticker. That sticker MUST be presented at the time of pick up.
Enrollment for our Kids Club is open! The spaces are limited, so we encourage you to reserve your child's spot as soon as possible.

9:00: Welcome/Check In
Welcome & Check in begins at 9:00 am. Kids will have 30 minutes of STEM challenges and free play as everyone is coming in.

Group activity to get to know each other and to discuss our weekly theme!

Its snack time. Kids will eat a light snack. The menu will be posted and sent out prior to the day.

If I register and miss the day, will I be able to make the day up at another time?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refunds and/or trade days. Please ensure that you are registering for a day you know that your child can make it.
Why do my child have to wear grip socks?
A pair of grip socks is included in your first visit. We wear grip socks so that children will not slide on the floor. We do not wear shoes in the Kids Zone for safety.
What type of food do you have for lunch and snacks?
You will be provided with lunch and snack options prior to the week.
- Lunch Examples: Pizza, chips, and a drink. Hot dogs, chips, and a drink. Burgers, chips, and a drink.
- Snack Examples: Cookies/crackers and juice. Fruit cup and water. Cheese & Crackers and a drink.
On registration please let us know if your child has allergies.
What are the ages accepted?
Ages 3- 12 years old are welcomed at The T4H Kids Club.
Do I have to register each time?
You will not have to fill out registration forms and waivers each time. Registration and waivers are good for 6 months. You do not have to do an online registration, but The Kids Club is first come first serve. If you do not sign up ahead, just remember spots are limited.
How can I register for The T4H Kids Club?
You can register online above or you can come a little earlier on Saturdays to register. We will have a staff member there starting at 8:45 am.
What is the check in and check out system?
When you check your child in , you will check in via your phone to Brightwheel. The student can only be released to the adult on their registration form via Brightwheel. The pick up adult should have the app downloaded on their phone so that they can scan them in and out as well. Your student's registration and waivers will be stored there as well.
Can I stay with my child?
We have a large waiting area for parents to hangout. We have wifi, coffee, and a tv that you may enjoy. Parents/Adults are not allowed n the Kids Club Zone and children can not come in and out of the Kids Club Zone.

May I register in person?
Sure! We recommend that you come between 8:45 am & 9:30 am to register in person. Our cut off time is 9:30am for registraion, Also remember that spaces are First Come, First Served.
