Back on track

 MICRO SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR: 

Our second semester starts January 6, 2024! Our wait list has opened, and we are currently accepting students for the 2025 School Year.

Our Micro School Program "Back on Track" focuses on working with students that have fallen academically behind in traditional school classes, need a smaller class setting, or fewer distractions.

• We are NOT a traditional school.
• We have mixed ages in a class.
• We meet each student at their TRUE academic level
• We move at the students' learning pace.
• We cater to different learning styles and focus on hands-on learning.

 This year's schedule: 

• Monday - Friday 
• 8:30 am - 2:30 pm

We work with students on all core subjects, such as Reading, Math, ELA, Science, and History. 

 Enrichment Classes 

• Monday: Computer Technology 
• Tuesday: Art / Music 
• Wednesday: Physical Education/ Health
• Thursday: Life Skills
• Friday: S.T.E.A.M (Science, Tech, Engineering, Art, & Math)

Our Micro School focuses on students that have academic challenges in traditional school classes. We work with students in smaller classes, meeting them at their TRUE academic levels. 

What do you mean by "True Academic Level"?

• This program is for students that may have fallen academically behind per traditional school. If a student is in 5th grade (per traditional school) but is at a 3rd grade reading level, we will start with the 3rd grade reading level to build a firm foundation. Our goal is to work with the students and get them ahead. 

Curriculums

Students will have an online curriculum that parents will always be able to access at any time. We use the online curriculum as well as other resources as a guide throughout the school year. Students will receive quarterly progress reports. We feel that parents play a huge part in their student's success. Go Math, Saxon Math, Fundation, Handwriting without tear, Spectrum Language Arts, Wordly Wise Vocabulary, & Weekly Science. 
 

Field Trips/ Fun Activities 
We periodically have educational field trips, guest speakers, and various cool activities throughout the year. This year we will participate in picture day, art shows, the parade, science fairs, debates, field days, dances, holiday parties, holiday drives, and more. 

Tuition: 

• $600.00 monthly
• Tuition can be paid monthly (1st) or biweekly (1st & 15th). Tuition is due in advance. 

Registration & Matriculation Fee: 

$200.00 yearly. 

Registration fees secure your students' spot at the school. 

Students will not be given a school supply list for the year. The matriculation fee covers school supplies for each student for the school year. This includes but not limited to the following: 

Writing paper, construction paper, drawing paper, crayons, paint, pencils, index cards, notebooks, folders, erasers, chalk, dry-erase markers, washable markers, glue sticks, towels, snacks, copy paper, bags, binders, toilet paper, envelops, plates, forks, spoons, cups, soap, cleaning supplies, lysol, wipes, bleach, baby wipes, art supplies, playground supplies, pest control, maintenance, hand sanitizers, mask, curriculum, resources, 4 uniform shirts, and more.

***This fee does not cover the occasional donations for special events***

Middle & High school Scholars 

School starts January 6, 2024. We are currently accepting students for the 2025 School Year. Students in Middle & High School is welcomed to meet in person.  Virtual Academy is still available which mimics the same educational style as in person. A LIVE academic coach will work with students in small groups still meeting students at their true academic levels. 

This program is designed for Middle School or High School students that have academic challenges and need smaller class sizes/ fewer distractions. Our classes are mixed grade levels.  

Schedule: 

• Monday - Friday 
• 9:00 am - 3:00 pm 

We work with students on all core subjects: Middle & High school students have an accredited curriculum.

• $650.00 monthly
• Tuition can be paid monthly (1st) or biweekly (1st & 15th). Tuition is due in advance.

$250.00 yearly.

Accredited curriculum, resources, monthly books, materials that are sent home, programs, guest speakers, career fairs, & more. 

Curriculums

Students will have an Accredited Online curriculum that parents will always be able to access at any time. We use the online curriculum as well as other resources as a guide throughout the school year. Students will receive quarterly progress reports. We feel that parents play a huge part in their student's success. If a student feels confident and wants to transfer back to a traditional school, we will provide an official transcript. 

***Virtual Students: Please note that students will need a Laptop or Desktop computer**

Middle & High School students will have an Accredited online curriculum that parents will always be able to access at any time. We use the online curriculum as a guide and communication throughout the school year. Students will receive credits for courses completed, progress reports, and transcripts. We feel that parents play a huge part in their student's success. We will also have conferences throughout the year, so that we are working together. 

We periodically have guest speakers, and various cool activities throughout the year, allowing us to meet in person. 

Things to know: 

• Students MUST have cameras every single day in order to receive credit for the day. 
• We do not allow phones to access virtual classrooms.
• Student participation is a MUST
• Students must have basic computer skills.

The T4H Education Foundation

We now have scholarship opportunities available for students in grades K -10th grade enrolling in our Full-Time program.

The T4H Student Success Scholarship is a scholarship awarded to students that may have fallen academically behind their grade level. Or students that may have challenges with a fast-paced learning environment. Our goal is to ensure that each student has a fair chance at education. We pride ourselves on changing the definition of no child left behind. We cater to each child's learning style, work at their own pace, and provide individualized attention. 

Scholarships are generally rewarded on a first come, first served basis. The earlier you complete your application, the better chance you will have to receive the scholarship. 

Eligibility

• Children must be entering k - 10th grade this school year.
• The family applying must be deemed in need or can not afford the cost of the full tuition cost. (We will ask for financial documents) 
• Scholarships are rewarded to students coming from traditional schools or entering school for the first time. 
• The student must be able to work independently and completely potty-trained.
• Parents will be asked to submit an essay on why your student should be chosen for the scholarship program.
• Monthly volunteer hours are mandatory by the parents or scholars.
